Only chardonnay grapes harvested by hand from the vineyards of Adro, Capriolo, Cazzago San Martino and Erbusco, for this still wine fermented in steel containers and aged for 30% in barriques. The color is bright yellow with soft golden reflections, the nose is rich, with evident notes of exotic fruit, white flowers which give the wine a pleasant sensation of freshness and, in the background, a tone of tobacco, sweet almond and vanilla. On the palate it is savory with traces of minerals and the taste highlights a lively fragrance and a pleasant acidic vein that prolongs the persistence in the mouth.
