The sound of the bell has always marked important moments in the life of the populations: in fact, in rural areas, the sound of the bell often indicated the moment of pause in which the peasants stopped working to consume their meal. Even today, in many ancient Apulian farms, we can see in the central space called "court", the presence of a small bell.
Denomination: Puglia IGP white Grapes: FALANGHINA 100% Production area: “Coppanetta” estate – 50 mt. Slm , facing north-west. Characteristics of the vineyard: extension of 1.5 hectares. Planted in 2015 with a density of 4,000 plants/ha. Training system: guyot Soil: clayey, calcareous Yield per hectare: 80 quintals Vinification and ageing: Soft pressing of the grapes followed by static settling of the must and slow fermentation and controlled temperature. After bottling, the wine rests in the bottle for a few months to be better appreciated after release. Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections Bouquet: Fresh and fruity with strong notes of citrus, tropical fruits, peach, banana and white flowers. Taste: Very fresh and persistent, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. Pairings: Appetizers. Fish and shellfish soups. Seafood and shellfish based dishes. Grilled and baked white fish.
