Description
Organoleptic examination Chromatic appearance affected by a deep yellow, almost golden colour. Broad and heterogeneous aromatic spectrum that declines to the nose voluptuous aromas of bergamot, quince, pear, banana, ginger and curry. Pleasant florality. Elegant, storytelling, mentholated, balsamic, juicy and soft on the palate, but also powerful, structured and sumptuous. Go-go freshness. The wine then manifests a complex and round character, almost red. Extremely pleasant, vital and persistent finish. Pairings Accompanies main courses of white meat, suckling pig with honey, baked rabbit. Medium-aged and velvety cheeses. Try it on a buffalo mozzarella or risotto with vegetables.
