Dedicated to Carlo Martinez, a brilliant and enterprising young man who founded the company together with his brother Franceso in 1866. His entrepreneurial spirit lives on through 6 generations in a company history as long as the persistence of the flavor of the Riserva Il Fondatore. In the Concia, which is the phase in the production process in which the type of Marsala to be obtained is defined, only alcohol was added to the DOC base wine from Grillo grapes to then start aging in oak barrels.

DURATION: If kept away from sources of light and heat, it can be stored without time limits, continuing to acquire character over time. STORAGE METHOD: Once the bottle has been opened, if it is closed again with its mushroom cap and kept in a dry place, away from sources of light and heat, it keeps well for several months
