Very fine and elegant white wine, with fascinating notes reminiscent of southern flavors, grapefruit, lemon peel and mandarin accents. Very pleasant taste with good persistence.
Place of production: Marling (Merano), on a hill with a 30-40% slope; exposed in the morning. Cultivation: on espalier with 7,000 plants/ha. Soil: mixed sand and silt, with granite skeleton. Management: with great respect of the environment and nature, without industrial fertilizers and herbicides. Production: considerable thinning of the grapes, to reach only 6,000 bottles a hectare. Alcohol: 13% vol. Vinification: in steel tanks and in large wooden barrels. Storage of wine: 5 years and more. Optimal consumption temperature: 12°C
