Norder Cuvee Blanc Igt 2021 - Ploner

The white grapes of the Sauvignon varieties, Rhine Riesling and Pinot Blanc that they ripen on our slopes, they give rise with white Cuvèe. The composition of these three wines mature in wooden barrels large and is refined in great flavor and unique finesse. The deep minerality and the long persistence excites many connoisseurs. Place of production: Marling (Merano), on a hill with a 30-40% slope; exposed in the morning. Cultivation: on espalier with 7,000 plants/ha. Soil: mixed sand and silt, with granite skeleton. Management: with great respect of the environment and nature, without industrial fertilizers and herbicides. Production per stock: approx. 1 – 1.2kg. Alcohol: 13 – 13.5% vol. Vinification: the grapes of the three varieties they ripen at different times, so they ferment separately. Storage of wine: 5 years and more. Optimal consumption temperature: 12°C
