VINIFICATION
Selection of the free-run juice with light pressure. Fermentation at temp. controlled (18 °) followed by 8 months on the fine lees. The bottled wine remains for at least nine months in the cellar.

Absolutely delicious with ravioli stuffed with ricotta and pistachio from Bronte seasoned with tomato and truffle. Simplicity of every day with chickpea and lemon balm hummus.
