Hilly soils, with an average altitude of 230 meters slm , mainly clayey-limestone. Vinification and aging Soft pressing and low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 16-18°C. Aging on the fine lees without bàtonnage for about 4-5 months before bottling. Organoleptic characteristics Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has an intense, fruity aroma with subtle floral notes. Dry and slightly almondy finish with excellent balance between the fruit and the fresh acidity. Food pairings Classic wine for fish and dry pasta. It excels with all fish-based cuisine, but also goes well with delicate meat-based dishes. Excellent with appetizers and as an aperitif. Serve chilled at a temperature of 10°C. Alcohol content 13% IC/vol.
