The Falanghina Ramì from the Di Majo Norante winery is a still white wine with a dry, soft and full taste and a pleasant aromatic aftertaste. This wine comes from a cru of the best Falanghina grapes grown in the territory of Ramitello in Campomarino, in Molise. In the cru that gives rise to this wine there is also a small dose of Fiano (10%). Both vines are grown on clayey territories and in positions that enjoy a mild climate that enjoys a pleasant sea breeze, ideal for the ripening of the berries. The harvest takes place in October and is done exclusively by hand, with a careful selection of the best grapes. These are then taken to the cellar, where they are left to ferment in thermo-conditioned steel tanks and then cold macerated in contact with the skins for 24-36 hours. The result is a young and ready-to-drink white wine, which has a pleasant, fresh and persistent aroma with hints of ripe fruit, while on the palate it reveals a soft, full and slightly acidic taste.
