DESCRIPTION
Color: Deep straw yellow
Bouquet: Notes of sage, white flowers, incense and white-fleshed peach
Flavour: Supported by a vital acidity, the floral and fruity spectrum of the vine is enhanced; energetic and extraordinarily persistent drink.
HOW TO TASTE IT
Gastronomy: Excellent companion to light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, white meats and preparations with vegetables.
