Discover the Cuvée Noble Vintage 2016 from Maison Jean-Noël HATON, after an aging period of at least 5 years. The golden yellow color is brilliant, with a beautiful effervescence of fine bubbles that form a creamy and persistent cord. The nose is pleasant, open and fragrant. It offers aromas of apricot and plum jam and, after aeration, notes of dried fruit. The palate is powerful, fruity and structured, with a long finish. This champagne, made up of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, goes perfectly with iodized dishes, raw or cooked, white meats or even oriental and spicy cuisine.
