Description: White wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The nose is fruity with hints of apple and almonds. Grapes: Pinot Grigio - Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC. Area: Novacella in the Isarco Valley. Altitude about 650m slm Warm microclimate with high temperature changes between day and night. Permeable moraine deposits, composed of mica schist, paragneis and quartzite. Vinification: Fermentation and aging for 6 months in large wooden barrels. Pairing: Aperitif, speck, light appetizers, Schlutzkrapfen, mushrooms, freshwater fish and seafood, ossobuco. Service temperature: 10 - 12°C. Possible ageing: over 5 years. Bottle of: 750 ml - 75 cl - 0.75 lt. Allergens: Wine may contain sulphites.
