Sottosopra has an intense golden yellow color, very veiled because it is still on its lees. The foam is exuberant, characteristic of the fermentation that took place with the ancestral method. The nose is fragrant, of yellow fruit and herbs Mediterranean, with an intense bread crust finish. The mouth is slim, soft and very savory.
