A great white vine in a land of great reds can give great results. This elegant straw-yellow colored wine reveals nobility of character in the intense, ample, persistent fruity aromas, with a hint of yeast. Fine, with good structure and freshness, it loves an aperitif, land and sea appetizers.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION Vineyard exposure: east, south, west. Soil composition: mainly clayey soil. Vine density: about 4800 vines per hectare. Type of training: Gouyot. Harvest: the grapes when ripe, around mid-September, they are collected in baskets and taken to the cellar. Vinification: the grapes are vinified in white, ie pressed directly, with soft pressing; the wort comes immediately filtered and left to ferment in steel tanks and left until spring.
