White with great structure, with sustained alcohol content and balanced acidity. Fine and elegant with aromas reminiscent of apple and toasted bread. Aged it evolves into a very pleasant bouquet. Aperitif wine, suitable for a wide range of light hors d'oeuvres, soups, egg-based dishes, fish and white poultry meat. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
