It is characterized by its particular acidity, freshness and drinkability. Its name recalls the bond of our ancient lands with the Doges of the Genoese Republic. It is particularly suitable both as an aperitif, served at a temperature of 8°C, and to accompany Mediterranean cuisine and white meats.
