Grape variety: Pinot Blanc | Pinot Blanc – South Tyrol DOC Origin: This Pinot Bianco is a selection of the best vineyards valley floor and steep slopes near the winery. He thrives underneath a particular microclimate and on calcareous gravel Morainic sediments on hills and sandy alluvial soils in the valley floor. The low yields per hectare and the special terroir are reflected in the extraordinary level of quality. Yield per hectare: 70 hl Vinification: After delivery, the grapes are gently pressed and cleaned of cloudy matter by natural sedimentation. The alcoholic Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 18ºC im stainless steel container. After several months of aging on the fine lees this expressive wine reaches its perfection. Characteristic signs: The pronounced aroma and the the excellent acidity gives strength to this appreciated wine, Structure and particular elegance.
