In the heart of the Cembra Valley, at 560 m above sea level, a small vineyard pulsates strongly, where the vines, kissed by the sun all year round and arranged in an amphitheater, create a spectacular and unique landscape. Here one of our excellences is born, the Pinot Noir "Vigna di Saosent". The Ora del Garda that blows in the spring afternoons going up the valley, the southern exposure and the loamy-sandy soil, rich in stones, create the ideal conditions for the cultivation of this great variety which by now has taken deep roots in the our mountains
Grape variety: Pinot Noir 100%Production area: Vigna Saosent (Cembra), Valle di Cembra, TrentinoExposure:south; 560 m aslVINIFICATION Manual harvest of the grapes in the first ten days of October, fermentation at controlled temperature with frequent punching down and pumping over to extract color and aromas contained in the skins, maturation in tonneaux and barriques for 12/18 months before bottling and subsequent aging in the bottle for about 6 months before marketingTASTING NOTES: Giuseppe De Siena Ruby red in color with slight garnet reflections, it expresses itself with fragrances of wild berries, raspberries, cherries, blueberries, and spicy aromas of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate the soft, pleasant and velvety tannin gives elegance and refinement typical of the variety
