The permanence of at least 30 months on the lees gives the Ribona character and elegance which is manifested in a creamy, very fine and persistent perlage.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with shellfish, oysters, seafood, seafood, it's a great wine for raw foods, sushi but also soft or semi-mature cheeses, vegetable and spicy dishes.
To be drunk between 8° and 10°C, suitable for long aging.
