The grapes are selected and harvested exclusively by hand and are softly pressed. The must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After fermentation which lasts two weeks, the wine remains in contact with the lees for 5 months. The color is yellow and bright, the typical aromas of pear and peach blend with the notes of hay and chamomile. The wine has good acidity and persistence on the palate which makes it pleasant and elegant.
