Falerio DOC Pecorino 2022 - Boccafornace

From the lush hills of the Marches comes an enthralling and characteristic wine, the Falerio DOC Pecorino, a white that benefits from the homonymous native variety, son of an ancient tradition that aims to create an authentic and genuine product. Vinified in purity, the Boccafornace Pecorino, after the soft pressing of the bunches, knows only steel in order to preserve its natural fragrance and the typicality of the vine. It is a wine in which personality and tradition blend perfectly and which is remembered for its simple elegance, capable of conquering even the most sophisticated palates. It appears to the eye of a beautiful straw yellow, bright and intense. Pleasant to the nose, there is a broad and highly pure aromatic spectrum, with fruity notes reminiscent of medlar, yellow peach, aromatic herbs such as coriander and delicate mineral hints on the finish. On the palate it is soft, fresh, consistent with the nose, vibrant, with a slender and characterizing sapidity. Fruity and very clean finish. Perfect in combination with seafood and crustaceans, first courses based on fish, white meats and with the classic stuffed olives.
