I Prà Riesling Provincia di Pavia IGT 2021 - Alessio Brandolini

Vigneti "I Prà" is produced from a vineyard of Riesling Renano grapes in the municipality of San Damiano al Colle. The vineyard is located on hills exposed to the sun at an altitude between 250 and 300 slm Training system: guyot Vinification Produced exclusively in favorable years. The grapes, 100% Renano Riesling, are harvested in crates, placed whole in the press and fermented at low temperature. Sensory characteristics Straw yellow in colour, the impact on the nose is intense, with hints of ripe white fruit, balsamic herbs and hydrocarbons. In the mouth it is balanced, warm, with great structure and persistence. Pairings: Poultry, white meats and aged cheeses. Service temperature: 10°-12°.
