The "Bardughino" is a white produced only in favorable years with Malvasia Candia grapes from a sunny vineyard located on hills of about three hundred meters in the Municipality of San Damiano al Colle. It has a delicate straw colour, intense aromas of apricot, pear and balsamic herbs, a balanced taste, with good structure and persistence.
Vineyards: The "Bardughino" is produced in a vineyard in the municipality of San Damiano al Colle. The vineyard is located on hills exposed to the sun at an altitude between 250 and 300 slm Vinification: Produced exclusively in favorable years. The grapes are harvested in crates and fermented at a very low temperature in reduction. Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow in colour, the impact on the nose is intense with hints of apricot, pear and balsamic herbs. In the mouth it is balanced, warm, with a good structure and persistent. Pairings: Entrè, fish and cheese dishes.
