Vineyards "IL CAMPETTO" is produced from vineyards located in the municipalities of San Damiano al Colle and Montù Beccaria. The vineyards are located on hills exposed to the sun at a height of between 250 and 300 meters slm level Training system: guyot. Vinification 100% Pinot Noir grapes. After soft pressing, the must is left to ferment at a low temperature for a few days. Maturation The wine is left to rest in steel tanks for a few months and then bottled. Sensory characteristics Greenish yellow in colour, the nose is floral, with hints of white flowers and white pulp fruit. In the mouth it is quite soft, with good acidity and freshness. Pairings Recommended as an aperitif and to accompany fish-based dishes. Service temperature: 8°.
