ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
An intense golden yellow color with crystalline reflections. The nose is elegantly complex, fine, floral with orange blossom and fruity with yellow peaches with a finish of vanilla and honey. On the palate it is enveloping with an excellent acid and sapid support.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
It goes masterfully with any fish-based dish, but we recommend a sea bream baked in foil with clams and mussels.
