Grape varieties: Moscato. Colour: White Capacity: 750 ml Production Area: Venosa (PZ). Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes in crates, soft pressing, rapid fermentation. The soft pressing and fast vinification result in intense and typical aromas. The wine maintains these excellent aromatic characteristics in the bottle also thanks to the limited number of filtrations. Maturation in steel and in the bottle. Sensory characteristics: Brilliant golden yellow. Fruity bouquet, with hints of pear, peach, mango and the light exotic touch typical of Muscat. The palate is balanced, sweet, full, fresh, intense and persistent, with the typical traits of freshly harvested grapes. Slightly sparkling. Pairing: An easy-drinking wine, to be enjoyed on its own or with fruit, boiled fish or an elegant dessert. Temperature: 10-12 °C. Alcohol content: 9,5%vol
