GRAPES Passerina. PRODUCTION AREA In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. SOILS Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey-calcareous. MARKETING PERIOD January / February of the year following that of harvest. VINIFICATION AND AGING Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow color with greenish notes. Persistent and fruity aroma, with citrus notes. Good structure, excellent freshness, full and intense flavor.
