Straw yellow color with greenish and brilliant shades. Pleasant fruity aromas of exotic fruit combine with delicate floral notes. With a good structure, fresh, savory and balanced. Excellent with all fish-based cuisine, it is flexible in combinations at the table, accompanying well from appetizers to delicate meat-based dishes and is excellent as an aperitif.
GRAPES Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 100%. PRODUCTION AREA In the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. SOILS Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey-calcareous. MARKETING PERIOD January / February of the year following that of harvest. VINIFICATION AND AGING Short cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Straw yellow color with pleasant fruity aromas of exotic fruit, which are combined with delicate floral notes. Good structure, soft, savory and persistent. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Ideal with all fish-based cuisine, delicate first courses, white meats, fresh and stretched curd cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif. ALCOHOL CONTENT 12.5% alc./vol.
