Vinification : in white, with crushing and soft pressing of the grapes. Fermentation: The wine carries out a second fermentation at a controlled temperature in an autoclave with selected yeasts. Second fermentation lasts about 10/15 days.
Color : Pale yellow, fine and persistent grain.
Nose : Intense, balsamic fragrances of sage and thyme are combined with floral nuances of broom and acacia.
