After fermentation, decanting is carried out, taking care to preserve the wine in such a way as to avoid malolactic fermentation. AGING After a few months in concrete barrels the wine is bottled. TASTING NOTES Color : It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Bouquet : It expresses marked notes that recall almond and a nuance of wildflowers. Taste : The higher quality of this wine lies in the perfect balance both on the nose and on the palate. The taste is full with good freshness and the slightly bitter note of the almond also emerges on the palate which makes it a peculiarity.
