VINIFICATION: After harvesting when the yellow Muscat grapes are rightly ripe, the vinification is carried out in white. The must obtained is bottled after a few months in refermentation, then following all the various stages for the production of the classic method: fermentation for a few months, remuage on the pupitres for decanting the refermentation sediment, degorgement, final capping with cork.
REFINING: Approximately 12 months from the harvest.
