Color: straw yellow. Nose: ample and harmonious perfume with notes of yellow flowers, tropical fruit and light musky notes in the background. Taste: soft and enveloping, very long and pleasant finish.

Aging on the noble lees for about 60 days.

A small fraction of the must ferments and ages on small French oak barrels.

Cold maceration, soft pressing, natural decantation, fermentation at a controlled temperature.
