NOTES The historical varieties of the Karst Kras, interpreted in the search for maximum expressiveness, are actually experiments, research and an extreme pursuit of Mother Nature's drawings. Dizzying planting density and very low yields in the vineyard, withering, noble botrytis, give clusters of extraordinary concentration. Long maceration and aging in oak give fullness, complexity and structure. Our Reserves are wines that defy time and pursue the emotion, symphonies of Nature that resonate in the glass.
AGING Aging in tonneaux and oak barriques for 12-18 months depending on the vintage. Another 12 months in steel to stabilize and another 12 months in the bottle.
