NOTES Typical karst varieties are collected in this line, showing all their expressive power. It is actually about experimenting, exploring and following the plans of Nature. Extremely dense plantations and limited yield, grape drying and noble rot give the grapes a high content of sugars and other substances. The long process of maceration and maturation in oak barrels gives the wine a full and complex taste and structure. Our archival wines defy time and follow emotions They reveal a real natural symphony that resonates in a glass.
