VINIFICATION Harvest from the two different vineyards in the first week of September. Processing: grapes totally crushed and destemmed, 100% of the grapes underwent 72 hours of cryomaceration, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in total reduction at a temperature of 15 or 17 degrees for 8 days, permanence in cement tanks in the fine lees for five months with weekly battonage

PAIRINGS A perfect marriage with crustaceans, molluscs, fish, soft cheeses, risottos and pasta with vegetables. Try it with vegetable risotto.
TASTE Fresh mouth, slightly savory with an appreciable softness
NOTES Wine that conquers from the first sip, rich aroma and complex taste, delicately spiced. Over time, the wine acquires elegance and a bouquet - depth and refinement. The grape of this variety is particularly suitable for the Friulian microclimate and is perfect for white table wines. The family-run company carries out a careful selection of the vines. The winegrowers carry out a strict control on the stocking density, as well as on the quantity of the harvest, if necessary using "green" pruning.
