VINIFICATION Hand harvested in the first week of September Destemming, soft pressing and settling of the must at low temperature. Fermentation and aging in steel. Bottling from mid-January.

COLOR Delicate and transparent straw yellow.
BOUQUET The nose has clear and clear fruity scents, of mealy and sweet apple pulp intertwined with the acidic and pregnant tip of citrus fruits. The olfactory bouquet is completed by references of dried grass and delicate field holes.
WINE PAIRING Aperitif, sea and land crudités, pasta with seafood or fish sauces, baked or grilled fish, and fresh cheeses.
TASTE When you taste it, the immediate perception is of freshness and pleasantness given by the soft sapidity that completes the balance, with a deep finish of aromatic herbs.
