TASTE Flavor and structure give pleasure to drink and a surprising aging potential. It is excellent served as an aperitif or in combination with seafood appetizers.
NOTES Sauvignon finds itself well in Piedmont. Or so it seems when tasting this interesting white proposed by Marchesi di Grésy. A fresh and intense wine with a strong character. Perfect for an aperitif with friends or a special dinner, perhaps with some pleasantly spiced dish as the protagonist. In fact, he certainly does not lack the material and it is not easy to put him in difficulty. Super traditional vinification in steel at a controlled temperature, and maturation on its fine lees for no less than four months. Great is its aging potential. So, in practice, it is good today but it can safely rest for a few more years in the cellar. Two or three years of waiting can only make it even more interesting.
AGING Refinement and maturation of the wine on yeasts for a period of four months. Bottling and brief refinement in the bottle before release.
