NOTES Deep straw yellow, on the nose the notes are of well-ripened white fruits with a citrus background. In the mouth it immediately returns to the fruit, with a nice sensation of softness. Long and mineral finish. Versatile wine, to be paired with fish first courses such as a risotto with courgette flowers and shrimps or with tasty white meats.
