VINIFICATION Harvest in the first ten days of September. Grapes totally crushed and destemmed, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in reduction at an average temperature of 15 or 17 degrees for 10 days in a concrete tank. Followed by permanence in cement tanks in the fine lees with weekly battonage, worn out for five months

NOTES This terroir label takes shape from the pure vinification of Ribolla Gialla grapes, the fruit of vines grown following the organic farming method. The vines planted on a clayey soil, which enjoys the benevolent influences of a climate characterized by hot and breezy summers, yield high quality bunches.
