NOTES Müller Thurgau is a grape variety obtained from the crossing of Riesling and Sylvaner which is well suited to cool climates. Due to its early ripening characteristic it is particularly widespread in all Central European countries. In Valle d'Aosta it was introduced after 1946; the climate of this region, characterized by sudden changes in temperature especially during the ripening period, favors the formation of the elegant aromas that characterize this wine.

AGING 6 months in steel, keeping the wine on the fine lees of fermentation with frequent bâtonnages.
