NOTES When Nature raises its voice, we must be aware of our role and act in accordance with our ethical principles. Poor harvests, when the weather is on the vineyards with droughts or showers, encourage us to be extremely imaginative and take advantage of all that nature has to offer. This is how the Bora wines were born, which are decorated with original labels and tell us about a difficult harvest, when the vines produce an average of ten to two hundred grapes per hectare. In these wines you will notice unique nuances and flavors, because they tell a story already known in a new way and know how to surprise us.
