PRODUCTION AREA Vineyards facing south-east, south-west and north-west in the municipalities of Nus, Fenis, Chambave, Verrayes, Saint-Denis, Pontey at 450-680 meters above sea level.
VARIETY Nus Malvoisie 100%
TYPE OF SOIL Soils of morainic origin, mainly composed of sand (80%) and, for the remainder, of silt. The clay content is minimal (at most 10%). In fact, these are sub-alkaline soils rich in skeleton, usually not very deep.
VINIFICATION In steel at 16 degrees

COLOR Brilliant straw yellow
BOUQUET Intense and persistent, fruity. Ripe pears, apples, honey, English bonbons are recognizable
PAIRINGS Aperitif, soups, vegetable soups, spiced white meats or with aromatic herbs used in the preparation, risottos, medium-structured first courses.
TASTE The gustative impact is full and dry, with a good structure, the final taste reserves us sensations of pleasant sapidity
NOTES Malvoisie is the name reserved for the Pinot Grigio grape when it is grown in the wine-growing area of Nus. Grape variety of great character that in Valle d'Aosta gives producers the opportunity to try their hand at their best. Wine is the perfect expression of our terroir.
AGING 6 months in steel, keeping the wine on the fine lees of fermentation with frequent bâtonnages.
