NOTES The Chardonnay Friuli Grave DOC is a terroir wine, which loses its conventionality by purchasing the best that a territory as unique as Friuli offers. This very interesting white is proposed by the historic Sacile Conte Brandolini D'adda farm, which avails itself of the precious collaboration of the oenologist Georges Pauli. The label takes shape from the vinification of Chardonnay grapes in purity, the fruit of vines grown in the soils of the pre-Alpine belt, between the province of Udine and that of Pordenone. The vines as well as benefit from the typicality of the soils of the alluvial plains, combined with the imposing presence of stones, also benefit from strong thermal excursions.
