BOUQUET Its enchanting aromatic richness ranges from citrus notes to those of wild blackberry, from hints of quince to icing sugar with marked sensations of honey.
PAIRINGS Excellent with fish main courses, it is ideal in combination with roasted octopus with mixed salad.
TASTE Pulpy and mineral.
NOTES As if by magic it is able to excite, it takes shape from the "white" vinification of Nero di Troia grapes, a real rarity, since this grape normally produces a really intense red wine. The fruit of vines that enjoy a microclimate with strong temperature variations between day and night, the plants are grown on a hilly karst terrain, at a height of 450 meters above sea level. All these elements, together, give the grapes unique organoleptic qualities.
