This grappa is produced by distilling pomace of sangiovese grosso and merlot used to produce Luce della Vite. The pomace arrives in the distillery still juicy and is distilled with a discontinuous alembic still, in order to preserve the aromas the so-called "heart" is separated from the heads and tails. The distillate obtained is aged for 3 years in barriques, in order to enhance some characteristics and dampen others, and then it will be subsequently placed on the market.

From the pomace of Giusto di Notri, a blend (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) of the Tua Rita winery in Tuscany, Berta has traditionally distilled this elegant grappa in a discontinuous way. The subsequent aging in wooden barrels lasted 12-15 months.

Grappa from Aglianico del Vulture single-variety grapes created as a tribute to the company's flagship wine, La Firma. The marc of the grapes, just separated from the wine, is immediately distilled. The grappa is aged in French oak barrels of the Limousine, Tronché and Allier type for a period of about 30 months.

The Sagrantino vine produces grapes with skins rich in polyphenolic substances and with an extremely complex aromatic heritage. The distillation carried out with the pomace coming from the grapes therefore makes the Grappa de Sagrantino very refined, with a subtle and pre-existing aroma typical of the vine of origin. Clear and bright, this grappa is very soft and pleasant with a characteristic aftertaste that recalls dried fruit and chocolate.

The “Mille e una Notte” Grappa is a Sicilian distillate with rich fruity aromas and a soft and elegant character, obtained from the discontinuous distillation of the Nero d'Avola pomace from the production of the homonymous wine, with aging in small oak barrels. Expresses nuances of honey, toasted dried fruit and fruit in syrup in a warm, round and harmonious sip

Grappa di Castellare is made with Sangioveto pomace, brought to vinification within 36 hours, thus maintaining the freshness of the aromas and the typical notes of the grape. The result is a distillate of incomparable finesse, extraordinary for purity and quality.

Color: Light amber. Bouquet : Intense with soft spicy notes. Taste: Ripe, deep and velvety. Great balance with harmonious woody notes. Long and persistent aftertaste. Pairings: Dried fruit, walnuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate. Also delicious with aged cheeses.
