The Valpolicella Classico Superiore of the Giuseppe Quintarelli farm was born in Negrar, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, where the vineyards rest on hilly terrain of volcanic and calcareous nature. Wine capable of rising like few others and enjoying bottle aging.

Named after Sting's song "Sister Moon", this was the first Tuscan IGT wine produced at the Palagio. With an alcohol content of 14.9% it ages for 24 months in new French barriques.

This wine takes its name from a property of the estate and when translated it means "little house on the roads". Colloquially, this can also mean "the confusion of ways" by suggesting philosophical reflections on the paths we all take in life.

Saffredi is a robust, rich and complex Supertuscan, produced with a Bordeaux blend and aged in barrique for 18 months. Ample and intense hints of wild berries, spices and balsamic herbs emerge from a round and velvety texture, of great balance and persistence: an exuberant expression of the Tuscan Maremma

Red wine of great impact with a bright color of intense hue. The nose is rich and concentrated with a fruity aroma well preserved in intensity and sweetness, where you feel the contact with the balanced and well-dosed wood. In the mouth it is enveloping, soft and round with a present but silky tannin. The characteristic acidic structure makes Badia a Passignano 2007 a pleasant wine of undoubted longevity, suitable for a long stay in the bottle.

Refined and intense, structured and persistent , it is obtained from Chardonnay grapes with a small percentage of Grechetto, a native grape that brings acidity and binds it even more to the territory. The vinification takes place in Allier and Troncaise barriques, where the wine then matures for six months before being bottled and left to refine for another 10 months.

Powerful and very balanced, it presents itself to the eye with a compact ruby color. The nose shows elegant sensations of ripe blackberry, oriental spices, wild flowers, pink pepper, white chocolate, leather and rhubarb. In the mouth it is balanced to the micron, with a powerful caloric note adequately balanced by fresh-savory stitching. The tannins, as expected, are tapered and stretch up to the very long finish dominated by sweet spices. Ideal with important meats such as thrush in truffle sauce or venison with juniper.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva Cagiolo from Cantina Tollo is undoubtedly the flagship among the company's reds and has received prizes and awards since its debut in the early 1990s.
