A mio avviso, sono tre i migliori blanc de blancs al mondo: Krug Clos du Mesnil (Krug), Comtes de Champagne (Taittinger) e Fleur de Passion (Diebolt-Vallois). A questi si deve aggiungere il Substance di Selosse, ma è uno champagne che va oltre la categoria stessa dei blanc de blancs, un’esperienza quasi cerebrale che trascende le classificazioni.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva di Torre Raone is a rich and fruity red wine of medium body, vinified only in steel. It gives off aromas of wild berries, red fruit, flowers and black cherries and on the palate it is soft, warm, enveloping and fruity, with pleasant and smooth tannins.

It dresses the glass in a beautiful deep ruby red. The nose is first set on dark fruit in jam and in alcohol, such as currants, black cherries and plums, then followed by intense references to green pepper, cocoa, rhubarb, licorice and chinotto. Scacciadiavoli takes inspiration from this tradition and perfects it by adding that touch that makes this wine even more lovable.

The Sagrantino vine, cultivated for centuries exclusively in Montefalco, seems to have been brought there from Asia Minor by the followers of S. Francesco.

Poggio Argentato embodies the essence of Maremma: its land, its unique light, the breeze from the nearby sea, all narrated by a fragrant and fresh white wine, through the language of Northern vines. The singular blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Manseng, Semillon and Traminer make Poggio Argentato a refined, elegant and versatile wine, perfect for the summer but also throughout the year.

Compact ruby red. The bouquet reveals the fragrance of red roses, black cherry, blood orange and blackberry. Followed by juniper berries, dried flowers, Tuscan cigars and undergrowth. The considerable temperature range between day and night, which characterizes the ripening phase of the grapes, makes this robust dark red wine, with an aroma of wild berries, particularly structured.
