Extra virgin olive oil obtained from medium-ripe olives harvested in the period between the end of October and the end of November. A medium density oil with a delicate scent that recalls the smell of ripe fruit, with a light spicy and bitter taste with notes of almond, artichoke and tomato.

A very dense oil, with an intense green color, a strong fruity, spicy, bitter taste and a herbaceous scent that recalls the smell of green olives. It is recommended to use it mainly raw, excellent for cold dishes and special to enhance the taste of hot foods. Elegant glass containers also ideal for quality gifts and representations.

This oil is obtained exclusively with olives of the "Dritta" variety received at an average altitude of 500 m above sea level. The result is a very dense green oil, full-bodied taste, notes of almonds and artichoke.
