Green color with light yellow reflections. The nose is expressed with a delicate fruity, with notes of almonds and artichoke. The taste is fruity and herbaceous, with delicate bitter and spicy notes; harmonious, well balanced, with a pleasant finish. Excellent on grilled meats, fish in general, salads and legume soups.
