PAIRINGS It goes well with fresh cheeses, vegetarian dishes, recipes based on fish and shellfish.

TASTE The sip is fresh and fruity, supported by a good body and an evident minerality that persists in the finish.

NOTES It is the highest vineyard in the municipality of Fié and reaches an altitude of 900 meters.
